Training Resources

  • Missouri 911 Training Standards Act | Code of State Regulations

  • Sample Course Evaluation

  • Course Instructor Information/Record

  • Questions about In-house Training CEU’s: If your agency has questions regarding how to meet the continuing education requirement for Missouri to maintain status as a certified Telecommunicator with the use of in-house resources for training, please refer to Missouri 9-1-1 Training Act Rules. Any Training CEU hours, either in-house or from an outside source must meet the requirements 11 CSR 90-4.060 Minimum Standards for Continuing Education Training and be documented, as such and maintained on file by your agency training division/coordinator. In the event you are trained for specialized certifications, (ie: Emergency Medical Dispatching) those required CEU hours may or may not cross over for the Missouri required Telecommunicator Training CEU’s (11 CSR 90-4.060) so you will need to refer to that providers specific requirements. If you have additional questions, please reach out to the committee members listed below.
